At Zova, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

- Calgary: 1–4 business days

- Elsewhere in Canada: 3–7 business days.

- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

- Zova is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the shipping carrier.

- If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
